Can I cancel if I am not satisfied with the appraisal amount?

If you wish to cancel after the appraisal, we will promptly return your valuable equipment.

About Buyback

・We may not be able to make a buyback offer depending on the model and condition of the product you have applied for.
・The provisional appraisal amount is not a guarantee of the appraisal amount. It is a reference value calculated based on the application details.
・If you cancel when the final appraisal amount is within the range of the provisional appraisal amount, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
・If the condition of the product you send us differs from the application details, the appraisal amount may be lower than the provisional appraisal amount.
　In that case, if you cancel, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Identity Verification

In order to prevent the trade of stolen goods and to help deter criminal activities, we are required to collect your personal information as part of our due diligence process.

After you apply for the buyback service, we will notify you of the provisional appraisal amount. If you wish to continue with the buyback procedure, we will ask you to submit an identification document. You will submit the identification document online using the method specified by us. We will handle personal information appropriately in accordance with the Swiss FADP, EEA GDPR, UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
